Terms of Use

GenChemDrill™ by Swift Mart LLC · Effective October 30, 2026

These terms are between you and Swift Mart LLC, doing business as GenChemDrill ("GenChemDrill", "we", "us"). By using GenChemDrill you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. What GenChemDrill is

GenChemDrill is a study aid for general chemistry: short lessons, Lewis-structure and shape builders, balancing and ICE-table activities, practice questions and practice finals. It is not a substitute for your course, instructor, textbook or official exam materials. Our practice finals are "ACS-style" original practice, not official ACS examinations. Scores and readiness estimates are only estimates, not predictions of any grade. Content is provided as is and may contain mistakes. If you find one, please tell us.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use GenChemDrill with a parent or guardian's permission, especially before buying anything.

3. Plans and billing

• Free: Chapters 1 and 13 are free. No account or login is needed.
• Monthly, $10.00 per month: gives access to the lessons and practice of one semester, Gen Chem I (Chapters 1–12) or Gen Chem II (Chapters 13–20), chosen at checkout. You can switch semester in My plan at any time; the price and renewal date stay the same. It renews automatically every month until you cancel. You are charged $10.00 (plus any tax that applies) on sign-up and on each monthly renewal date.
• Semester pass, $29.00 one time: gives access to the lessons and practice of one semester, Gen Chem I (Chapters 1–12) or Gen Chem II (Chapters 13–20), chosen at checkout. One semester means 4 months from the date of purchase (for example, a pass bought on October 20 lasts through February 20). It is a single payment. It does not renew and there is no subscription. When the end date passes, access to paid lessons ends and you are not charged again.
• Course bundles, one payment: $45 covers two courses and $59 covers three. If you buy here, your bundle includes General Chemistry plus one or two different courses you choose at checkout. The available courses are Organic Chemistry, General Chemistry, Statistics, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Physics, Calculus and Anatomy. Only the courses named at checkout are included.
• What a bundle opens: each included course gives you the same access as its $29 semester pass: the paid study content and printable cheat sheets for one semester. At checkout, choose the semester for the course you are buying from. For each other course, choose its semester when you first open it from My plan. That semester choice stays with the pass; a bundle does not open both semesters of a course.
• Bundle dates and payment: paid access starts when your payment is complete. All included courses share the end date shown at checkout, set four calendar months after you start checkout, at the end of that day in UTC. Opening another included course later does not extend that date. You pay once when you buy; there is no subscription or automatic renewal.
• Earlier purchases: earlier all-course passes still cover every course, including new courses launched before the pass ends. Earlier add-ons still cover the extra course or courses bought. The end date recorded for each purchase still applies; an add-on ends four calendar months after the original plan purchase. These products do not renew and are no longer sold.

A bundle is a separate purchase from the 3-day free trial. The trial needs no card, ends on its own and never turns into a paid plan.

Free trial. You can try GenChemDrill free for 3 days with full access. You don't need a card, an account or an email to start. The trial opens every chapter for 3 days and ends on its own: nothing is charged, and you go back to the free content (Chapters 1 and 13). Your trial and progress are saved on this device. During the trial we may offer, and you may skip, a box to add your email for trial reminders; when the trial ends we may ask once for your email so we can help you find us again. Giving an email is always optional, and we use it only for those purposes (see the Privacy Policy). One trial per person. During a trial you can read every cheat sheet in the app; downloading the printable cheat sheets is for paid plans only, and only for the semester that plan covers.

Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Swift Mart LLC. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars. Your card statement may show the charge under our business name. We may change prices or plans going forward; a price change never affects a semester pass you already bought, and for monthly plans we will tell you before a new price applies to you.

4. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 7 days of your purchase (the semester pass or bundle payment, or the first monthly payment). See the Refunds page for how. A refund ends your paid access, and a refunded monthly plan is cancelled at the same time. If you dispute a payment with your bank, only the access paid for by that payment ends (in every course it covers); your other purchases are not affected. A bundle refund covers the whole payment and ends the access it paid for in every included course. We do not offer refunds for just one course in a bundle. Any partial refund or bank dispute also ends the access paid for by that bundle in every included course.

5. How to cancel

You can cancel a monthly plan yourself at any time, in two clicks: choose My plan in the page header, then Cancel subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for. We do not charge cancellation fees. The semester pass has nothing to cancel because it never renews.

6. Your access

When you buy, your browser stores an access record so the paid lessons unlock on that device. Access is for one learner. Please don't share your access or try to get around the paywall. We may limit access that appears to be shared or abused.

7. Acceptable use

Don't: copy, scrape or resell the lessons or activities; attempt to break, probe or overload the site or its payment flow; use GenChemDrill to cheat on an exam where that is prohibited; or use it in any way that breaks the law.

8. Ownership and third-party software

GenChemDrill's lessons, text, design and code belong to Swift Mart LLC, and GenChemDrill™ is our mark. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the site for your own study. 3D rendering uses three.js, which is available under the MIT License.

9. Disclaimers

GenChemDrill is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that using it will improve your grades.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Swift Mart LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost grades, data or profits, arising from your use of GenChemDrill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use GenChemDrill after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
